Hello fellow WIW’s! It’s week 4 of Weigh in Wednesday, also week 4 of me being sick. This week is the cold/flu combo that gave me a fever of 102.5 and a cough that makes me sound like Smeagol from Lord of the Rings.

I wish there was more to say, but so far I haven’t been able to exercise and the weight I have lost is due to lack of appetite. Actually, I think it’s my body’s lazy way of saying it does not want to exercise- “What’s this? Sit ups? Oh hell no- PLAGUE!!”
Anyone out there actually healthy and working on their summer bods? maybe I can live vicariously through you until I’m better.
Woohoo! Even if it was the stomach flu. At least your mind was in the right place. My accomplishments over the past week include Pilates and yoga (once each), ran (twice), and ruined most of the hard work by participating in a bachelorette party.
I’m “officially” in training now also for the SF10. Working out my schedule, so I’ll keep you posted on how the training goes!
Nice work Tracey!! I like Pilates a lot, I feel like it’s great for the lower back, which I sometimes had pains in when running. I will definitely keep you posted, hoping to get an outside run down on Sunday when its warm *fingers crossed!*
